Janessa Jameson · Founder
I've spent 20 years building the systems that allow complex organizations to execute at scale. Not advising from above. Not handing over a slide deck. Actually embedded — building frameworks, running governance, and staying until the work is done.
Before founding Centerline, I led $75M+ program portfolios at AWS, drove enterprise Agile transformations for 1,500+ person organizations at The Home Depot, and directed zero-downtime post-merger integrations at Expedia. I started my career as an independent consultant at Microsoft — and two of my first clients converted me to a full-time employee based on the work I delivered. That pattern has defined how I think about client relationships ever since.
Most organizations scaling past $50M don't need a full-time PMO Director. They need someone who's done it before, can embed quickly, build what needs to be built, and leave behind infrastructure that works without them. That's Centerline.
The fractional model isn't a compromise. For the right organization at the right moment, it's the most effective delivery investment you can make.
Most organizations don't have a delivery problem. They have a clarity problem. Get clear on what needs to be built and in what order — and execution follows.
Delivery infrastructure isn't glamorous. But it's what separates organizations that scale from organizations that stall.
